Walk-in services will not be available at the school during the Rio Grande High School virtual session. With a provider order, however, some medications and/or supplies may be picked up at the school.

The FCCH School Based Health Center medical provider is available for virtual appointments (by telephone or audio/visual) and may see patients in-person at our South Valley location (see below). It is ultimately up to the scheduling provider to determine the type of visit required.

Dental services also available. 

Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health Monday – Friday 7:30a-3:30p

Behavioral Health services will be appointed and provided either by telephone or audio/visual connection.

Crisis Intervention

FCCH Behavioral Health staff are available for crisis counseling, as well. Teachers, administrators, parents, or students can refer a student to our Behavioral Health team for crisis intervention. The referred student may be served by another behavioral health specialist if the School Based Health Center Behaviorist is not immediately available.

All confidential services will be available to students during virtual school session.

Log into First Choice Community Healthcare to access our online registration tool. You can complete your registration online any time after you schedule an appointment.

Telephone Registration

Please call 505.873.0220 ext. 50086 to complete registration over the phone for your telephone or audio/visual. You can complete your registration Monday-Friday from 7:30a-3:30p with RGHS School Based Health Center team members.

In-Person Registration

In the event that you access care in-person at the FCCH/South Valley Health Center, you can register on-site.
